its 499 for the lower gig one and 599 for the one with more memory. Also, the cheapest plan starts at 60 bucks a month. i think there like 600 dollars but if you read the blogs and all the pros and cons you will see that its over priced and not very good right now i suggest you wait till they upgrade and and work some of the kinks out ive been looking as well im going to wait and see what happens there are two version of iPhone. I believe they are 20 gb and 30 gb. The 20 gb is around $400 and the 30gb is around $500. I don%26#39;t remember the exact price. 300 and 500 depending on which you get..thats for just the phone..not with service n what not whatever the price is its not worth buying... its too expensive and the price of an ipod + any phone is less than the price than iphone They range between 400 and 600 dollars dependingon where you get them for example...they might cost one price at apple.com or an apple store than they do at an At%26t store or at%26t.com or ebay.com it just depends..also it depends on which plan you get and whether you have good credit or bad credit. if your credit is bad..and you want a contract w/ at%26t you should expect to pay atleast a 4 or 5 hundred dollar deposit plus an activation fee. I got the iPhone the day it was released, and it is one cool device. The picture quality and capabilities are awesome. There are some limitations. The speaker for music and video playback is very low (however, still loud enough to hear from a short distance.) Also, there is no video camera yet, and as far as the internet is concerned, not all pages are completely visible because you cannot download Java or Flash yet. Still, surfing the web is very easy. In addition, the iPhone does not allow for multimedia messaging or game/ringtone downloading yet. These things are said to be resolved in the coming months.

Given the last week with it, I%26#39;d buy it even with all the limitations. Just love it. But, you really don%26#39;t know how great the phone is until you have one in your hand and play around with it. If you can afford it, BUY IT! It is $648.72 including tax for the $599 8gb iPhone.
