Does anyboby know if im in usa and want to call irish cell phonewhat number do i put before cell num

we were told to put 001-3533 before number but it did not work??thanks

Answers:

It%26#39;s 00 353 then the number (without the zero at the start)

e.g. if the number is 087 1234567 then you dial

00 353 87 1234567 011 then the country code, then the cell phone number.

Example: for Germany (because I know that one! LOL )

011-94- then the numbeer
