i just got the new Muziq by sprint and the keypad lock is on...i%26#39;ve looked through the instruction guide and can%26#39;t find anything about it...the front screen says to hold down the side camera button and when i do that it say "keypad guard off" but then it%26#39;s still locked, can anyone help??i%26#39;m seriously desprate...

It should work if you hold down the camera key for about two seconds. The screen should read, "Keyguard Unlocked". If this doesn%26#39;t work, you can manually turn off the Keyguard by going to the following:
Settings
6. Side Key Guard
Click OK
Highlight Off and click OK
This should always keep the key guard unlocked.
