Are cellphones/landline telephones when you buy doesn%26#39;t have the manual/instruction of the options and usage so you would know if it can block unwanted calls, unregistered calls, withhold numbers, etc.etc. Or did you not ever ask the telephone company/carrier before you buy their phone devices if it can block certain numbers?

my big thing is..if you dont%26#39; want to asnwer it, then don%26#39;t. I personally like getting calls from numbers i don%26#39;t know.it%26#39;s like a little game or something. I can%26#39;t understand why people hate getting calls. So i totally agree with you.they should be able to ask their phone service
