cingular at%26t offers several messaging plans. there is one that is $19.99 and it does have unlimted texting to any person on any network. there is one for $9.99 that gives u unlim mobile 2 mobile texing and 200 messages to all others. now that does not include any data time or any internet usage - only text, video, picture and instant message absolutely, for 4.99, but beware, the Data Packages (phone internet and email) often also have unlimited or ridiculous amounts of texts (upwards of 25K) don%26#39;t let them charge you for both, as two different reps tried to do to me
