Do free phone calls appear on the bill?

If I call another Verizon user during nights or weekends, which are free, does the call still appear on the bill?

It shows that the call was made and the number of minutes used, but if it was used during your free times, they just bill it as 0.00. It only makes sense that the company keep track of ALL call records, otherwise it would be too easy to dispute that you didn%26#39;t make calls during the times they alleged if they overcharged you...or, the other way around, the company would go out of business if so many customers told them "Hey, I didn%26#39;t make calls at that time, why are you charging me?" yes if the call is free then it does show but of coarse does not bill you, its shows you the free numbers just so you are aware of your calling records.
