Do I have to have a Blackberry for Push email? Can I get it with a nomal mobile?

Push Email is started in Nokia%26#39;s also. For example the Nokia E60 series all have push email. Nokia is a much better option than Blackberry atleast for me! I feel its more user friendly and looks also cool!
