Do i have to pay for free stuff for downloading on my phone?

it is a razor and it says free on the downloading part of get it now. but if i get it for free do i have to pay for it?

I am unsure of what phone company you are with. But, many of them charge for the internet unless you have that with you plan. Depends on your service plan. If you have a plan that allows a certain amount of downloaded megabytes per month then it is truly free of additional charges. If not you may be charged for the download but not the usual fee for the other items. In other words, song X costs 2.99 to download plus the downloaded megabytes but song Y costs 0.00 plus the downloaded megabytes. Check with your phone provider. if its free then its free unless it otherwise states, some will use airtime so unless u use it on nights/weekends u are using ur minutes. if you are downloading something for free it might cost you money to use the internet on your phone to download it.
