Do I have a tracker gps in my phone?

I have a virginmoblie cell phone cyklops it says it has a gps activated in it but I dont have a gps so I am wondering if it tracks me down?

Virgin Mobile does not provide GPS for any of its phones. However, it does have MapQuest Road Maps/Directions app for like $5/month, still no GPS. my marbl does too but i think that is only for 911
