Do I need to get a new cellphone?

Mine doesn%26#39;t hold a charge like it used to. Do I need to get a new cellphone or is it just the battery that needs replacing?

but you can buy a new cell phone if you want (for more money) i think that you just need a new battery because thats how my moms phone was acting but when she got a new battery it was as good as new It depends on your phone and network. You may just need to get a new battery- but find out how much a new battery would cost and compare it to the price of a new phone. Go on ebay and get a $5 replacement battery. Your phone will last you another year probably, also if you have a good working battery you could sell it for more money. i had that problem before it was actually just the battery but it can also be the charger so if you know anyone with that same charger try it or if not it is just the battery
