with specs QR code readers can be downlaoded free off of the internet. the only problem is not all phones support them. I own a moto razr v3 and i haven%26#39;t been able to find a QR code reader that works yet. also, the only phones that DO come with QR code readers are from japan. so either download a reader to your phone or import one.
