Do you think Sprints Pricing plans are purposely misleading?

We got a Sprint phone for our daughter with UNLIMITED TEXT...

BUT, then we found out that this did not include pictures.. so we got UNLIMITED for that too...

BUT, then we found out that there is also a PER Megabyte charge!...

Then our daughter went away for the summer and the TEXT will not work where she went.. Sprint told us that they would not bill us for the two months and she could use unlimited talk...

NOW they want to bill us about $900 for the time our daughter has used.. even though we have called several times to make sure our bill was only a very small amount...

Has anything like this happened to you? They tell you one thing and then charge something else?

Where did your daughter go? Out of the US? International calls are like $1.29 a minute. But those charges sound like she would have gone to the moon to make phone calls that expensive.

Call them and insist you talk to some kind of manager. Straighten out the bill. Pay it if they%26#39;re right. Then switch to Cingular. yes
