Does anyone know how much a Sidekick 3 costs if you go to a Tmobile store and purchase it with a mon

I know online it says 199.00 with an instant discount and mail-in-rebate, but the instant discount says its for online or through the phone. Does this mean that if I go to a store to purchase it, theyll charge me a 150 dollars more?? that seems kind of stupid
