Does anyone know how to make my nokia 6682 phone to say at & t insead of cingular?

the cingular text come from the tower. they%26#39;d have to change it there. that%26#39;s my theory at least. When i go to Canada, the name on the phone changes to "Rogers." then back to cingular when i get back across the border again. i don%26#39;t think that%26#39;s possible you cant do that
