it doesnt say anything about this tone in the manual, i want to change my fone but t-mobile will only give me another u600, i did this but the next one did the same thing. they sent the new one to engineers but it came back the same. now they say they wont change it. any ideas?

Try using the Volume button (left) to mute the Key Volume, mine doesn%26#39;t do it anymore. it is not a phone issue but a network one. the only way you will get rid of it is to put it on mute. i have one pf the new motorola z3 slide phones and everytime i send a message i get a sent tone, i think all new phones are going to be the same, if you check your manual tone settings and see if there is anyway you can turn it of, although it did work for me the message tone on the samsung u600 cannot be switched off even in silent you get this tone i have checked with samsung and they confirmed there is no way of removing the tone
