i%26#39;ve been bugging my parents to get me a phone.for forever..and my 15th birthday is in a few days.
i%26#39;ve been telling my parents[mostly my mom] stuff like..
-i wouldn%26#39;t have to use every body%26#39;s phone if i had a cellphone.
-i%26#39;m gonna%26#39; be the only 15 yearold without a cell phone.
about every single day..whenever i had the chance..
-so what do you think? do you think they%26#39;ll get me one?
Answers:
It sure sounds like a possibility. But even if it doesn%26#39;t work out, be sure to sound pleased with whatever present you do get from your parents (even if you are truly disappointed). That will demonstrate a lot of maturaty. Next, try not to nag your mom and dad at all about the cell phone. If they bring it up, express your interest, and come up with some better supporting evidence than the much- dreaded "but everyone else has one". Instead, when school starts up again, rack up those responsibility points by kicking buck in your studies. By Christmas (or whatever holiday you celebrate), maybe you%26#39;ll be opening up a Razr or the enV. If not, maybe work out a way to meet your parents half way with the bill. Hint: babysitting has really worked for me! Good luck! I hope this helps! Im sorry but I dont think u will get one this year.. depends..what%26#39;s their reason to not get you one? my kid is 9 years old. he has a cellphone. I think you%26#39;ll get one soon. i dont have a cell phone either... i have been bugging my parents too and i was like everyone has one!! and they just said oh good then you can use theirs. i dont know about your parents but i cant have one until i get my licesne,.. but i wish you luck! IDK, But tell her what if an emergency comes up Maybe a cheap one since you were bugging them. I would write a letter asking for one. i dO!! because on my twelfth b-day i got one..act surprised when you do GIVE EM SOME INFO THAT CONCERNS THEM. THATS HOW I GOT MINE.
