i%26#39;ve been bugging my parents to get me a phone.for forever..and my 15th birthday is in a few days.

i%26#39;ve been telling my parents[mostly my mom] stuff like..

-i wouldn%26#39;t have to use every body%26#39;s phone if i had a cellphone.

about every single day..whenever i had the chance..

It sure sounds like a possibility. But even if it doesn%26#39;t work out, be sure to sound pleased with whatever present you do get from your parents (even if you are truly disappointed). That will demonstrate a lot of maturaty. Next, try not to nag your mom and dad at all about the cell phone. If they bring it up, express your interest, and come up with some better supporting evidence than the much- dreaded "but everyone else has one". Instead, when school starts up again, rack up those responsibility points by kicking buck in your studies. By Christmas (or whatever holiday you celebrate), maybe you%26#39;ll be opening up a Razr or the enV. If not, maybe work out a way to meet your parents half way with the bill. i%26#39;ve sent texts accidentally before. i accidentally click on a name that was close to the name of the person i was trying to send it to, and then i double clicked it to send, so i did it too fast to even notice i sent it to the wrong person. so yea the only ways to send texts accidentally is clicking the wrong name and sending it too fast. it happens... :) I think it%26#39;s possible Definitely a possibility...it has happened to me Yes, definetly. It%26#39;s just as easy as dialing the wrong number. yes we put a man on the moon, anything is possible when you dream If you put in the wrong number, it would go to the wrong person. OR if someone used to have your number you could be getting their texts. Usually that means it was something they wanted you to see but don%26#39;t have the balls to say it to your face. Or they are mentally challenged in some way. duh I think it is possible. Especially if someone is texting in a hurry. The way my phone is, I write my text then it asks who to send it to and i have to scroll through my phone book to find the name of the person, or i can type in a number. If i accidently scroll to the person before or after the person i wanted to send it to and then click send, then yes it is very possible to make that mistake. i do that all the time. if you%26#39;re not paying attention it%26#39;s a really easy mistake. Yeah it is POSSIBLE. duh!

Thats a good question! I know they do log text messages sent, but I dont know how long. Someone asks how long they were kept a while back on howardforums, and nobody knew.

I know with a court order, a judge can get the cell provider to give them a log of messages. As for monitoring, my guess is the cell phone companies "are not supposed to" monitor (altough there is probably nothing stopping an employee who works on the network and computer side of it from). I hate to say it, but maybe the government has been involved in monitoring it. I dont know though.

Good question though. I guess its like mailing a letter that isnt sealed, it passes through so many hands and would be fairly easy for someone to open it, but the chances of that happening are low. I guess the only thing we can do is not send confidential and private things over txt. (or the phone, or email, or im, or anything! lol) This is a great question...I have always wondered this too. I personally think that they do monitor them, and possibly keep record of them, but I don%26#39;t know for sure. I would love to know the answer too though!

It doesn%26#39;t matter it does seem kind of girly. i recommend the ocean by helio. it looks cool and it can do everything and more that the sidekick 3 can do. well when you think of it it is a bit but thats good for me cause i am a girl! if you want a phone for like a guy get the chocolate in black ofcourse! The Sidekick is definitely a unisex device. Before I got mine, I mainly only saw guys with it, because it seems like every basketball and football player at my school has one. Do you think Sprints Pricing plans are purposely misleading?

We got a Sprint phone for our daughter with UNLIMITED TEXT...

BUT, then we found out that this did not include pictures.. so we got UNLIMITED for that too...

BUT, then we found out that there is also a PER Megabyte charge!...

Then our daughter went away for the summer and the TEXT will not work where she went.. Sprint told us that they would not bill us for the two months and she could use unlimited talk...

NOW they want to bill us about $900 for the time our daughter has used.. even though we have called several times to make sure our bill was only a very small amount...

Has anything like this happened to you? They tell you one thing and then charge something else?

In theory, it should work because both of them work on the CDMA network, but Verizon has a policy where they won%26#39;t activate a phone that%26#39;s not theirs on their network. So they are compatible, it%26#39;s just a matter of getting past that policy and I don%26#39;t know how to do it, sorry. there are several companies that exist that can unlock any phone to work on another phone%26#39;s network, as long as the networks are compatible (CDMA vs GSM)

Sprint, Verizon, Qwest, Cricket, Alltel, US Celluar, Virgin Mobile, Amp%26#39;d, Jump are CDMA.

Cingular, ATT, T-Mobile, SunCom, Telcel, Telefonica Movistar, and most of the world are GSM.

Nextel and Boost are iDEN.

Just do a search for "unlock cell phone" and several links will come up. You may be able to find one in your area.

Do you think the LG chocolate phone is out of style?

Ok so here it goes: I used to have a cherry Lg chocolate but somehow I broke something in it..And now I want to get a new phone but I don%26#39;t know whether to the Lg strawberry (because i love the color pink) or the new Samsung from Verizon which comes with the little keyboard.

I don%26#39;t want to regret it because it is my parent%26#39;s money and I feel bad not buying a chocolate again because I bought everything for my last one. I even bough HEADPHONE, USB CORD, MEMORY CARD..

first of all, the chocolate isn%26#39;t out of style, people still get amazed by it (proud owner of the phone).

second, if you discarded something everytime something better came out or something went out of style, you%26#39;d always be broke--CORRECTION: your PARENTS will always be broke.

get a new chocolate. wait til you have your own money or you%26#39;re due for an upgrade to get the enV or whatever the hot new phone is then. Honestly, I have Sprint and there are not really many stylish phones on their plan. I wish I could get a chocolate, I think it%26#39;s the most stylish phone out there and will be for a while. If it works and you have the stuff for it, I say that%26#39;s your best option. Well the LG chocolate phone was great.. pretty good looking phone. I never owned one of course. you may think they are a little more expensive then another carrier. However...i have had 4 cell phone companies in the last 5 years and in my opinion...verizon is the best. Hands down.

Whats the use of getting maybe 100 extra minutes if you are going to drop or miss calls?

Bottom Line: You get what you pay for. I will NEVER switch. yeah i do, t-mobile all the way it depends on how you look at it. you can go with tmobile for super cheap and a lot of minutes and good coverage or cingular for good service thats overpriced and hidden fees. verizon has great service, no dropped calls, big network, although there plans arent overpriced nor super cheap its worth it. i would recomend verizon but if you want cool phone go for a different provider (i have a tmobile sidekick).

i also dont like how verizon runs on verizons operating system nope coz i have had a few cell phone services and with Verizon i can get service in the boondocks where as with sprint/nextel, t-mobile i couldnt. so no i dont think its a rip off...im very satisfied with it.

No way, too early, and unhealthy No! All schools are trying to ban them actually because they cause such a distraction, texting in class, etc. Absolutely not. Cell phones have nothing to do with high school. If a high school students wants to pay for their own cell phone AND pay for their own cell phone bills = then... knock yourself out and get a phone - but not on your parent%26#39;s dime. Can you hear me now? No, children go to school to learn, not to be distracted from everyday problems. Their friends can call them at after homework is done. I work in a school, there is no time for any extra curriculum activity.

If you have any old cell phones that you would like to donate our school are recycling them to help us get new technology equipment for each of one of our classrooms.

Yes, my brother lives in the states so I can phone him free and we get to see eachother on the viewing screen. I saw little two year old niece on skype for the first time a couple of months ago. yes, and I love it!! I do but don%26#39;t have as many contacts on there as I do on Windows Live Messenger, AIM or Yahoo. yes i use skype you get free calls pc to pc. i use it for business all i need is my laptop and i can call clients and email them.. all in all id say its highly recommened... no Its really complex thouth if I was I would definatly use a usb phone and software or use a mic and a bunch of servers my friend does and it is a really cool system. Yes. Skype rocks. I don%26#39;t even know what skype is. Yes, I have a sister in the states and I live on the West Coast of England, while my family live on the East Coast. Do you work for Sprint Mobile? Please help me...?

For the last year and a half, I%26#39;ve been using the service (no prob), paying my bill, along with the insurance thing in case something happens to my phone (no prob).

Then, I break my phone. I went to 3 stores in my area, each came up with different stories about my contract, I went to the district manager, he said I didn%26#39;t even have a contract at first, but then found it and said I have to pay $400 to be let out of it. Got the same thing froun the customer service line before they passed me around 4 times, and the dude hung up on me! All day went into this yesterday.

Can anybody give me any insight for what to do?

If you were told that it would cost $400 to be let out of your agreement, then you may have 2 lines on your account. At the same time, if you pay $7 for the full coverage for the device then a store may be able to repair it but not all can replace it. If the device is beyond repair then you would have to contact Asurion (the company Sprint uses for the claims/replacements) to have a replacement phone sent out to you for the $50 deductible. Make sure you file your claim within 30 days of the incident (when the phone broke). Swapping the replacement on your line on the account will not reset your time for your eligibility to receive the New For You Upgrade on getting a new phone which you can check the status at sprintrebates.com

i learned this in a survival class and they said if my cell phone died i could press *3370# and it would boost my battery power to +30 percent... is this true???? so im wondering if this really works and how

To activate, press the keys *3370# Your cell will restart with this reserve and the instrument will show a 50% increase in battery. I know my phone, if it dies and there is an emergency, i can turn it on and dial 911 and it won%26#39;t die. As long as i was on the phone with 911, it changed into a different mode, which i didn%26#39;t know. I had a long day and my phone died died and my car got hit by a deer. I was like crap, i have no charge but i was able to turn it on and dial 911, that%26#39;s when i could look at my phone and it actually said emergency mode :) I don%26#39;t know if all phone do it but mine is 2 years old and it does it so most likely if you have no charge, turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. It should stay on long enough for you to call 911 and switch into that mode. Hope this helps. i dont think so..

Your 200 text plan means that each text that is sent or received comes out of the 200 text message bucket. It is NOT 200 each way. So if you go over your text messages you will be charged overages for each additional text message that is sent and received. Not sure what carrier you have so I can’t tell you how much that will be, normally it runs between $0.10 and $0.15 cents. If you think that you will be going over then change to a higher text plan or an unlimited one if your carrier has it such as AT%26T/Cingular and Verizon Wireless.

Check your wireless phone company%26#39;s website for further details or call them using 611. send and receive My phone tells me if the total is for all text messages, or

if it is for just send or receive.

I think the Nokia does but a good phone is the Sprint m620 (Upstage) for mp3%26#39;s... a lot like an iPod. The moto v80 will play mp3%26#39;s as a ring tone, but I have not saw a moto v80 that actually has mp3 player software. This is an older international phone.

you cant ge the same phones and the coverage isn%26#39;t so great. i dont think you can put music or navigation on it. yes pretty much b/c its the same company but if you want to make sure to be positive you can always call thre free 1-88 number. I checked into that myself. The plan is different for prepaid or credit risk customers. Its much higher. Verizon has recently relaxed their credit requirements. In some cases there is no deposit for customers whom have been turned down in the past. not really. on the prepaid side you%26#39;re restricted to Verizon owned towers for your normal service but can still roam on other towers. on the postpaid service (pay a monthly bill) you can use VZW%26#39;s towers and any tower we%26#39;ve signed a friendly agreement with (phone will say extended network instead of roam). And in some cases the towers are just blocked.

now, if you want to test Verizon%26#39;s network, there is a 15 day guarentee if you just cancel out you just pay the activation fee and however many minutes you use. also there is the test drive which is 30 days, but you have to port your number to a different carrier and then call Vzw afterwards to get all the credits applied back to your acct (not a big deal really, just don%26#39;t forget to port your number instead of cancelling) The coverage on Verizon Wireless prepaid is much more limited than it is on the America%26#39;s Choice plans (the plans most subscribers choose).

Also, if you%26#39;re thinking of trying out service, prepaid can be a great way to determine whether you actually need a phone or not.

But DON%26#39;T buy a tracfone and think the coverage is Verizon%26#39;s. Tracfone actually has agreements in place with most of the national carriers to use their towers, so actually has MORE coverage than VZW or any of the other national carriers.

You can put songs and ringtones on the RAZR, but not that many since it only has around 5-7 mb of memory. Each song usually takes about 2-3 mb of memory. So yes you can put songs on it but there is no point. It%26#39;s possible if you go to www.kajeet.com for free ringtones specially designed for a Motorola Razr V3...songs I%26#39;m not so sure about. Does a Sprint Katana have a sim card?

I have a katana and I%26#39;ve alwayse thought it had a sim card. I took out the batery but there was only a white sticker with a DEC# and a HEX# along with a FCC ID... Is the sim card under that? If so, is it safe to take the sticker off? Do I need those numbers?

Sprint doesn%26#39;t use SIM card. I heard some of the sprint phone can transfer your contact list into their system, and next time if you have new phone, just activate it and you can download all back to you new phone.

The DEC# and HEX# are just number to identified your phone, do not take it out. Just leave it there. No, it does not. Sprint phones do not use SIM cards... until just recently I noticed a new Blackberry 8830 has a place for a SIM card. That might just be the new Blackberry%26#39;s with service through Sprint though. maybe just go to this website

Does a UK phone user pay a higher rate if they call a UK phone user whos in Europe using roaming?

I%26#39;m trying to phone someone in Europe who%26#39;s using their UK phone on Roaming and I%26#39;m trying to work out if I%26#39;ll have to pay a lot via my phone co if I call them.

if you call/sms someone who is roaming, treat it exactly the same as if they are in the UK, whoever said you would pay more on PAYG was talking rubbish.

at the end of the day, its not your fault they are abroad, so why should you pay more to contact them.

V3M has a slot for micro sd

V3XX also has a slot for micro sd it doesn not have a micro sd port, so you cant add additional memory,

thats one of the main reason i got rid of mine.

but all newer motorola phones use a micro sd card. Motorola V3 RAZR uses a Micro SD chip... memory size is from 256MB to 2GB

Yes and there probably is a fee. no it does not. it has mobile email and im but not a web browser. but even if it did the sidekick would still be a lot better because tmobile has the best web browser. the sidekick is a lot better of a phone all around anyway. yes i had the enV and it did have internet. its $5.00 a month extra i think. The enV has internet on it, it has to be activated. You have many different options on how to do it. There is the V-Cast V-Pack.. 15.00/month and that will getyou unlimited airtime to browse the internet (which they call mobile web). Or, for 5.00/month, Mobile Web can be activated, but it will use your airtime. If you will use the Mobile Web very rarely, or during your nights and weekends (free minutes), then the 5.00 package will be fine. However, if you use it frequently and during the daytime, you will want the V-Cast package...

Does a Verizon Razr V3m contain a RUIM card and if it does, where is it located in the phone?

verizon doesnt use those cards so no u cant do that. u can so an ESN swap but thats not gonna transfer ur contacts just ur # over to the new phone.. u can call customer service or go to the store and tell them u want to do an ESN swap. but the new phone has to be verizon compatiable. go to VZ web page first.

I have an older model of the W200i. It%26#39;s awesome. It%26#39;s my 4th phone in two years and I will use it until it dies. I have absolutely no complaints about it (I%26#39;ve had it since April). The camera is great. I use the MP3 player and FM radio, both work great.

It%26#39;s really easy to transfer photos to and from the phone. You can even increase the memory by getting another memory card (one is already included with the phone).

I highly recommend it.

Log in to cellular provider%26#39;s website and send the text message from there. You can spoof any number you want if you send txt from there and typing is alot easier.

There are companies out there that claim they can do this, and I don%26#39;t see why it COULDN%26#39;T be done.

But I can%26#39;t see why anyone would want to since you%26#39;ll just be left with little more than an ordinary cell phone. You%26#39;ll lose access to all the network-dependent features. well. u shouldn%26#39;t buy the iphone just yet. because it just came out, its gonna have alot of glitches and defects. if u really want the i phone though, wait a few months until they come out with a new version. it would be cheaper then too. If you really want an iPhone and you live in the USA then you must switch to AT%26T. The problems that would arise from trying to "hack" the iphone and make it work with a different carrier would not be worth it.

If you live in Germany then you are in luck, it appears T-Mobile will be the service provider for iPhone in Germany. While you might want to try this out, a few features may not work on a network other than AT%26T. For instance, the iPhone%26#39;s "Visual Voice Mail" system would simply not work at all.

I%26#39;m sure someone will figure out how to unlock the iPhone, but good luck getting all of the features to work properly on other networks.

no it will not work. att wireless %26 t-mobile use gsm ( and so does most of the world) but verizon and sprint use cdma ( only works in US). gsm requires a sim card, while cdma does not. there is nothing u can do 2 make it work. more then likely not because t-mobile runs off a sim card and sprint doesn%26#39;t.

Ok serious now. I have one, its nice, pretty and can do a lot. Is it worth it? Depends on what you mean by worth it. For me, sure, I had the money, I needed something to do the things it can do.

So ask yourself these questions. Do you have $600 you can just spend? Do you have $60/month you can spend on service? Do you need the functions that it provides (this is the biggest question)? If you answer no to any of these then it isn%26#39;t for you. The iPhone is an amazing phone, well worth the purchase. I recall saying that if the iPhone was half as good as the ads show it to be, it would be incredible. I am happy to report that the iPhone is as good, if not better than what was shown in ads. Almost every day, I find something new I can do with it, or a new feature. While there are some shortcomings (an no device would ever be perfect), the iPhone is truly an amazing device and I think that just about anyone would love it.

I just renewed my two year contract with Verizon Wireless and the service has gotten HORRIBLE! I have dropped calls constantly and sometimes it take 2 or 3 days to get my voicemails. And its not like I have a cheap phone, I just bought a Chocolate! Grr. Anybody else have anything similar problems?

nope havent had any problems out of verizon in the 3 years i have had it and i have had 5 different phones with them. and by chance would it be the old chocolate or a new one? if its the old one those are crap anyway too many problems with them. yea, its called verizon wireless. get at%26t. I%26#39;m dropping calls left and right also. But the only time I%26#39;ve ever had a delay in receiving voicemails was when I was roaming. Maybe your out of range of their cellphone towers. call verizon and see if they have a tower near your area and describe the problem your experiencing. Try exchanging your phone, or maybe it%26#39;s the area you live in. I have Verizon and I love it. A few dropped calls here and there but every network has that. Yes.our Verizon didn%26#39;t work unless we drove 25 mi away from home...so we dumped Verizon 12 hrs before the contract was up and got charged $400. for 2 cheap (no camera, no frills) phones...Verizon sucks...we complained and complained.but we got nothing but a big bill in the end.(along with all the other bills for service we didn%26#39;t get...) Verizon, Sprint and Nextel all suck to me. The service is poor. In newer areas of Las Vegas and North Las Vegas there is little to no coverage. I had alot of dropped calls with Verizon but more with sprint. Over the phone the customer support for Verizon is great but the execution of what they tell you doesn%26#39;t happen. However if I had to rate them best to worst it would be Sprint, Nextel and then Verizon. All pretty bad but some are far more worse. yes i got a chocolate about a year ago and i can%26#39;t even set up my voice mail! it makes me so mad. they also said that text message is free but it wasn%26#39;t. i don%26#39;t know what to do! I have verizon wireless, and mind works great! I have had it for one year, maybe it is your phone! Verizon is one of the worst networks it has never worked for me. Now I have Cingular/at%26t. ive had it for two years it works great.. I have a Krazr through verizon and have not experienced any problems. Several of my friends have the Chocolate and seem to have the same things happening to them as you. It may just be the phone, or you may need to sync your phone with their updated service areas. They have a number you can call which automatically updates your phone. Ask your service rep for the number or you can call customer service. good luck! well if you live out in the country (i mean you dont live close to any cities) then thats probably why. you should probably get alltel if thats the case because its specifically for areas outside of big cities. I have the chocolate and for verizon for 6 months and have never dropped a call. or it could be your phone, my friend dropped his phone and when i sent him a text he didnt get it until 3 days later. Verizon is a great network and would definley reccommend not getting at%26t they drop calls like crazy!! hope that helped Switch to AT%26T, they suck even more! Well, the chocolate phone isn%26#39;t all that great. They break all the time. Definitely call customer service and they can do a dropped call review, you will be compensated for the dropped calls. Customer service has a tool that will show the rep how many calls were actually dropped. It also depends on where you live and the last time you updated your software. You may want to try doing *228 send, option 2 just to see if it helps at all. If you are within your 30 days of renewing your contract you can break without penalty. Just call customer service and tell them how frustrated you are and what can they do about it. It may be the phone that you upgraded to. The chocolate is a "sleek" phone, but tends to not have the best reception compared to other phones.

If your service has gotten worse since upgrading your phone, you should have 30 days to exchange your phone to a different one. I would check with the store to see about exchanging it. Especially if you are in an area that is not a big city.

Actually, Cingular is the same exact company as AT%26T. All they did was change the name Cingular to the "globe" - AT%26T Mobility - because it is the one of most recognizable symbols/trademark in the world.

As far as your signal, just call in to customer service and have them send updates to your phone, or see if there is any of your surrounding towers that may be experiencing trouble.

Does Anyone Elses Business Suffer Because Of T-Mobiles Dire Signal Coverage, And What Can Be Done.?

I bought my telephone last November, as I was supplied a mobile phone by my employers so it was to be for rare personal use. However as a I have recently started my own plumbing company it is now my main form of contact. Unfortunately this was a serious mistake, the T-mobile signal strength is dire, coverage seems to be particulaly bad in Somerset, Wiltshire and Dorset. So I have missed business calls and remained un -contactable, simply because there is often no service coverage inside and outside the buildings in which I am working. So I decided to telephone t-mobile and discuss with them the problems I was having. My call after the, usual wait was finally answered by an operator called Agnes. Who seemed to derive pleasure from informing me in a paticulaly acerbic and derigotery manor that I had to put up with situation for the next 12 months as the contrat runs until then, and that the signal strength was, as it is when I bought it. Who else has simalar problems with T-mobile?

Cancel your contract? You will get some money back... Then go with a company that does have good signal strength, vodaphone tends to be the best. If you are missing important business calls then surely its worth the loss of money from cancelling your contract? I have the same problem, got 3 months left on a 18 month contract. O2 is much better I reckon. If you start a new contract you can cancel it in the first few weeks if there is no coverage as the SP should legally have checked coverage. Like me though, its too late for that now. Just sit it out or buy out of the contract. first stop direct debit to them until they come up with a better coverage or reduce your monthley charge There are certainly bad patches around here for some phones.

I would say out of all of the PDA phones that one would have to be the best. It is at a reasonable price and it is one of the phones that runs on the 3G network (which is the fastest network available) trust me I%26#39;ve had the Blackberrys and the Treos and the EDGE network is so slow compared to the 3G network. Last week I receive a media file from one of my friends and mu phone just started vibrating the minute I opened it. good reception, clear main display, 2meg camera, upgradeable memory, bluetooth, 3g, and a few more but they are more nit pick things.

cons:

ringer volume kinda low so you will miss a call here and there if its in your purse or big pocket, menus take a little getting used to, music player is very basic, cant change the colors of the phones menus like with themes, ringtones have a 600k (cingular brand) 300k (att brand) file size cap so if you make your own ringtones OR you get them from friends that make them then your screwed if they are bigger than 600k or 300k. and a few more but they are nit pick things.

well i guess thats about it. ive had my phone for a month now. the best thing to do is go to an att store and play with one that way you know what your getting yourself into. also look at the lg cu400 %26lt; i think thats what it is. I know the cu400 is correct but im not sure about the brand. hope that helps.

Yes you need drivers even to charge using usb. So load the phone driver / software. Your computer is telling you it needs the software to propery manage your phone.

I suspect that it is charging anyway but it may need the driver loaded to enable charging and monitoring. Don%26#39;t tell me , let me guess,blonde, lives in Essex, works at Tesco%26#39;s

first you need to download mp3s to your computer. save them all in a folder (my songs usually go straight to the "shared" folder).

next plug in your phone to your computer using a usb cable (this should have come in the box with your phone)

on your phone hit ok when it says "usb data cable..." scroll down to data storage and hit select.

a prompt will come up that will ask you what you want to do. choose "open folder to view files"

also open the folder where you saved your mp3 files. lastly, just drag and drop the files from the shared folder to your phone folder.

when you%26#39;re done make sure to disconnect your phone by clicking on the green arrow on the bottom right hand corner of your screen and choosing to eject it by "safely removing hardware". you should never just pull the plug out because it might mess up the memory.

hope this helped!! You can download songs from ur comp usin the USB cable, or u can transfer them via bluetooth or infrared port from other cell phones which are bluetooth or infrared compatible ,or you can dowload them via the internet if u have a Data connection .

I know the first thing you have to do is plug the phone up to a computer.

Yes, you have to plug the phone to the computer via a USB cable (sometimes via a memory card too)

Go to My Computer, and double click on your phone%26#39;s USB icon (next to the icon of the hard drive) after that, copy the picture that you want by clicking the left botton of the mouse and then clicking %26#39;%26#39;copy%26#39;%26#39;.

Then go any folder that you might like to save it, or simply paste it on the desktop for the meantime; log in to your e-mail, go directly as if you are writing an email, and attach the picture by browsing to where you had put the picture, accept and send it!

Pretty simple, and quick. But I don%26#39;t know yet if you can send pictures via email trough a cellphone, what you can do is to send a multimedia message (just like a text message) and put the picture and the number and send your message, but as far picture email goes i don%26#39;t think that it%26#39;s possible yet (probably with the iPhone...)

Bonne journée! yes its actually very simple all u gotta do is... I don%26#39;t know that you actually would email them from the phone while connected to a computer. You might have to transfer the pic to the computer thru the USB cable, then from the computer, send via email. Hope this helps.

You can%26#39;t use a standard reverse-lookup if it is a cell phone. Assuming it%26#39;s a cell phone, you%26#39;ll have to use a site like http://www.cellphonedirectory.com/index. However, unlike most reverse look-ups, these sites are not free, usually charging a per-usage or membership fee. If you REALLY want to know, I would suggest using a site like that.

If calling back the number didn%26#39;t work, and T-Mobile won%26#39;t give you info, AND you don%26#39;t want to spend $14.95 looking up a cell-phone number, I would suggest leaving well-enough alone...

P.S. On the off-chance that the person has registered with this site, you could try http://nationalcellulardirectory.com/. You have to register your number first, though.

the cingular text come from the tower. they%26#39;d have to change it there. that%26#39;s my theory at least. When i go to Canada, the name on the phone changes to "Rogers." then back to cingular when i get back across the border again. i don%26#39;t think that%26#39;s possible you cant do that
