Do I get charged for a private call thats coming from a phone card out of the country?

I wanted to know if I am getting charged extra (internationally) if I%26#39;m recieving calls from a private number that is being used through a phone card in Europe? I%26#39;m in USA. I know that obviously I%26#39;ll be getting charged for using minutes on my own plan, I%26#39;m just worried that even though its from a private number they%26#39;ll charge me extra! I have Cinuglar, or "the new ATT".. Thanks to anyone who can answer my question! :D

Answers:

you will only use up your regular plan minutes. nothing else will be charged. No. You only use your air time. Don’t worry! Phone cards do not affect on these things. They have no property to show anything and anywhere. They just give you possibility to call cheaply. International Phone Card Review
