Does anyone know if and when the LG SHINe PINK phone is coming out?

A couple of months ago this phone was on lots of websites saying its coming out, now i can%26#39;t find it on one. I realy wanted this phone. And if it is out do you know where i can buy 1 from

i checked LG website and they say its being released august 19th
