Do you get charged for getting a call from someone with a prepaid phone card that is in another coun

OKAY SO MY FRIEND LIVES IN CANADA AND I LIVE IN THE U.S. IF HE BUYS A PHONE CARD TO CALL ME, WILL I GET CHARGED FOR LONG DISTANCE?

Answers:

No, the only time you will get charged long distance for a phone calls is if it is Collect, or you make it. No he will be charged not you. I talk to some one in Hawaii and If I call I get charged, but if she calls me she is charged Depends on your wireless provider. Most of them will charge you long distance. Esp if its a prepaid plan. I would wait after 9 where its usually free.. (nights and weekends)

Again, depends on ur plan
